As our Senior Operations Officer, working closely with the Head of Operations, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our organisational operations. The remit of the role covers a wide range of functions including senior officer responsibility for ICT systems, office management, building management, and also contributing to Quartet’s strategy in response to carbon reductions and equality, diversity and inclusion.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous relevant ICT experience, operational experience of supporting a team in an office environment – preferably for a charity or not for profit organisation – and will have the necessary skills to work both practically and professionally with staff and trustees, tenants, and other third parties to deliver the best possible operational delivery across Quartet’s varied services.
Highlights of the role:
- Permanent Full Time Contract: 35 hrs per week
- Salary: circa. £33,000 per annum.

Coram’s Fundraising Team raises funds for the charity – the Individual Giving team has responsibility for supporter care, customer service and donor administration and managing our supporter database. The team has an exciting future and this role will play a key part in its success.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Individual Giving team and support the development and growth of the programme. The role will involve developing engaging content to communicate the importance and impact of our work, inspiring existing and new supporters to commit to long term support of the charity. This will involve printed media but also increasingly digital media as we look to widen the reach of our communications and messaging. It will also require excellent supporter care/donor retention skills to ensure that we make sure we maintain our donors support over the long term and experience working with databases, ideally Raiser’s Edge. About the role
Are you an experienced corporate fundraiser with an interest in working in the international development sector? Are you creative, strategic, highly organised, a confident and effective communicator and strong team player?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. About the role:
This fundraiser will work closely with the Heads of Departments and academics in the Departments of Psychiatry and Clinical Neurosciences. The post will focus primarily on funding for research, academic posts, scholarships and infrastructure related to Neuroscience which includes Mental Health and neurological disease (e.g. Motor Neurone Disease, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Epilepsy). The fundraiser will work on special projects including the possible major capital redevelopment of the Warneford site. We're looking for a marketing & communications professional passionate about mobilising Christians and Churches to join with Tearfund in standing with and speaking up for those who live in extreme poverty in order that they may fulfil their God-given potential. Is that you?
Our vision is to grow a global community of people who want to enter into a whole-life response to poverty with help from Tearfund. The purpose of this role is to develop and manage Tearfund's advocacy product portfolio in a way that engages supporters (individuals and churches) in meaningful advocacy activities aligned to Tearfund's work as part of their whole life response to poverty, delivering against Tearfund's advocacy targets and strategies.
The postholder will work alongside a fundraising marketing team working on our four key fundraising domains (acquisition marketing, retention marketing, church & community engagement, legacy & in memory fundraising) and will lead on developing new and existing campaigning initiatives, appeals and projects that will both integrate and fit alongside our other marketing activities.
Key areas of focus for the postholder would be:
- Generating and leading on the exploration of ideas for various advocacy marketing / movement-building activities
- Leading on new and existing advocacy marketing appeals and projects
- Lead on the monitoring of campaign and project performance including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders

What will you be doing?
- Giving the highest possible standards of support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

- As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities are varied and no two days are the same.

Key areas of focus in the Acquisition Marketing domain are:

The Senior People Partner’s role is to manage, supervise and support employee relations, employee wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, overseeing the employee life cycle. They will also advise and coach the Talent Acquisition and Volunteer team on volunteer related cases using RMG policies.
Key responsibilities involve managing a direct caseload of complex employee relations cases, including leading on liaison with ACAS, external investigators, and legal advisors, and preparing for and attending Employment Tribunals. Further core objectives include leading the drafting of new/revisions to people policies, consultation and negotiation with relevant stakeholders, and the communication and embedding of new/revised practices across the workforce. The Senior People Partner will further build and maintain effective working relationships with the senior leadership team, acting as an expert strategic adviser on a range of employee relations matters and as a point of escalation for employee relations enquiries emerging from other teams, actively coaching, supporting, and mentoring colleagues to grow team capability and support development.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing an HR case work portfolio, which includes conducting discipline and grievance investigations, hearings and appeals, and ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunals, as well as overseeing attendance and performance management processes. Established success in coaching managers and leaders on various HR matters is essential to this role, empowering them to manage risk, resolve conflict, support their team members to excel at work, and foster cohesion and trust within a hybrid workforce. The postholder will have experience and interest in managing employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives; be CIPD qualified; have excellent and adaptable organisation, communication and interpersonal skills; and will enjoy working with a variety of people, with a strong ability to listen effectively.
This is a full-time, permanent role in Band 4 – Senior Management and Senior Specialists. Core hours of work will be 36 per week, working 5 days between the hours of 9am-5pm, although due to the nature of the work, some flexibility may be required.

· To use social media and Baby Lifeline’s website to drive income through fundraising
· To engage with stakeholders through digital activity, building positive two-way relationships
